Our 90-day money-back guarantee

We stand behind Gluca. If Gluca Pumpkin Seed Oil isn't right for you for any reason, let us know within 90 days of delivery and we will refund the price you paid for that order. You can open the bottles and take the softgels, and still get your money back, even if the bottles are empty.

How to get your refund

Use our Request a Refund form. It takes about a minute. You can also email support@glucahealth.com with your order number and the email you ordered with.

We reply within 24 hours on business days. If we need anything sent back, we will include free return instructions, so please don't ship anything until you hear from us. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 3 business days of approval; your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show them.

Damaged, missing or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or incomplete, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a free replacement or give you a full refund, your choice.

Lost parcels

If tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your order, or your parcel appears lost, contact us within 14 days and we will send a replacement or refund it.

What is not covered

• Requests made more than 90 days after delivery
• Products bought from another seller (only orders placed on glucahealth.com are covered)
