This page explains how Subscribe & Save works for Gluca Pumpkin Seed Oil. It sits alongside our Cancel or Change Order policy and Refund Policy.
Why a monthly refill
Each bottle holds 60 softgels, about a one-month supply at 2 softgels a day. Results build over weeks, so a monthly refill means you don't run out partway through.

Subscribe & Save is optional
Subscribe & Save is pre-selected on our site. You can untick it to buy any bundle once, with no refills.
How recurring billing works
If you subscribe, checkout shows the exact amounts before you pay, for example "$59.98 every month". By placing your order you authorize us to charge the same payment method automatically every month at that price, until you cancel. Your first refill is charged and shipped one month after your first order. There is no minimum number of refills and no cancellation fee.
Cancel, skip or pause a refill
You can cancel at any time, in whichever way is easiest for you:
- Online: sign in to your account on glucahealth.com and open Subscriptions to cancel, skip a month or pause, with no need to contact us.
- By email: write to support@glucahealth.com or use our contact form with the name on the order and your order number. We confirm every cancellation by email.
Cancel at least 24 hours before your next refill is charged. A request received less than 24 hours before a refill is charged stops the refills after that one.
Cancelling stops all future refills. A refill that has already shipped is still covered by our 90-day money-back guarantee.
Price changes
If a refill price ever changes, we will email you before the new price applies, and you can cancel before then.
Failed payments
If a refill payment is declined, we will try again and email you so you can update your card. If it still can't be collected, your subscription is paused, not cancelled, and nothing ships until it is resolved.
