1. About these terms
This website, glucahealth.com, is operated by Gluca Health. Gluca is a brand of Gluca Health. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Gluca Health. By visiting the site or placing an order you agree to these Terms of Service and to the policies linked from them: our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, Cancel or Change Order policy and Subscription & Refill Policy.
2. Who can order
You must be at least 18 years old and have a delivery address in the United States to place an order. By ordering you confirm that the payment method is yours and that the information you give us is accurate and complete.
3. Our product and health statements
Gluca Pumpkin Seed Oil is a dietary supplement. Statements on this site have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and nothing on this site is medical advice. Individual results vary, and customer stories describe one person's experience, not a typical result. Getting up at night can have many causes; please talk to your doctor, and check with your doctor or pharmacist before use if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication or have a medical condition. Use only as directed on the label and keep out of the reach of children.
4. Products, prices and availability
We work to show our products, prices and availability accurately, but we do not warrant that every description, photo or price is free of error. Packaging may differ slightly from the images shown. Prices are in US dollars and can change without notice; the price that applies is the one shown at checkout when you place your order. Where we show a "Was" price, it is the regular price at which that item was previously offered on our site. Bundle prices and gift offers apply only while they are shown on the site. We may limit quantities, refuse an order, or cancel an order after it is placed; if we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund it in full.
5. Ordering and payment
Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send your shipping confirmation. Payment is taken at checkout by the payment methods shown there; we do not store your full card number.
6. Bundles, subscriptions and recurring billing
Gluca Pumpkin Seed Oil is sold in bundles of 1, 3 or 5 bottles. Each bottle contains 60 softgels, about a one-month supply at 2 softgels a day. You can buy any bundle once, or choose Subscribe & Save:

Subscribe & Save is pre-selected on our site, and you can untick it to buy once with no refills. If you subscribe, checkout shows your first payment and the recurring price and interval before you pay. By placing an order with a subscription you authorize us to charge the same payment method automatically every month, at that price, for a refill of the same bundle, until you cancel. Every refill ships free. If a refill price ever changes, we will email you before the new price applies. Subscriptions have no minimum term and no cancellation fee. You can skip, pause or cancel online in your account, or by emailing support@glucahealth.com, at least 24 hours before your next refill is charged. 7. Guarantee and returns
Our 90-day money-back guarantee and the rules for damaged, missing and lost parcels are set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
8. Reviews and customer content
If you send us a review, photo, comment or suggestion, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, publish and adapt it in our marketing. You confirm the content is yours to give and is truthful. Individual experiences vary, and a customer story describes one person's experience, not a typical result. We may shorten or remove content at our discretion, and we do not edit reviews in a way that changes their meaning.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the site or our products for any unlawful purpose, not to resell our products without our written consent, not to interfere with the security or operation of the site, and not to copy our text, photos or design without permission. Site content is owned by us or our licensors.
10. Third-party services
The site runs on Shopify and uses other providers for payments, shipping, email, subscription management, analytics and advertising. How they handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy. Links to other websites, including the government and news sources we cite, are provided for convenience and we are not responsible for their content.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and our products are provided "as is" and "as available", we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, and our total liability for any claim connected to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits any liability or consumer right that cannot be limited by law.
12. Changes, governing law and contact
We may update these terms, and the version published on this page when you place an order is the version that applies to that order. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without limiting any protection given to you by the laws of the state where you live.
